Straffords plot discovered, and the Parliament vindicated: in their justice executed upon him, by the late discovery of certain propositions delivered to His Majestie by the late Earl of Strafford, a little before his trial, with this inscription: Propositions for the bridling of Parliaments, and for the increasing of His Majesties revenue much more than before. ... Together with his advice for the forming of fortifications, and the bringing of many high-ways into one, so that none might travel but with their leave and liking. ... In all which, the councel is so pernicious, and tends so much to the ruine of the three kingdoms, and the inthralling of the subjects thereof, as he himself confesseth that it is not fit for any English man to know. But the snare is broken, and blessed be God we are escaped. Printed by authoritie; together with the approbation of the speaker of the Honourable House of Commons
