An ordinance and declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: for the assessing of all such as have not contributed upon the propositions of both Houses of Parliament, for raising of money plate, horse, horsemen, and armes, for defence of the King, kingdom, and Parliament, or have not contributed proportionably according to their estates.
