Imperfect as filmed; Folger Shakespeare Library lacks all after leaf Ee7. - Printers' and vendors' names from STC. - Reproductions of the originals in the Folger Shakespeare Library (reel 917) and the Union Theological Seminary (reel 1510). - STC (2nd ed.), 4220a.5. - Seven parts? According to chapter 1 of part 1 of the first edition (STC 4219.5) the parts should be: (1) STC 4209.5, (2a) STC 4236.8 and (2b) STC 4235.5 considered as one treatise, (e) STC 4232.5, (4) STC 4233.5, (5) STC 4226, (6) STC 4213.5.
