The first four subsidiary imprints read "London, printed for Iohn Clark, and Wil: Cooke, 1637."; the last four read "London, printed by B.A. and T.F. for Iohn Clark, and Wil. Cooke. 1637.". - A variant of the edition with John Cooke's name in the general title page imprint. - Appears at reel 1570 (British Library copy) and at reel 705 (Cambridge Univerity Library copy). - Identified as STC 3999 on UMI microfilm, reel 1570. - In the British Library copy (formerly STC 3999), the date on the general title page has been altered by pen to 1638. - Printers' names from STC. - Reproductions of the originals in the Cambridge University Library and the British Library. - STC (2nd ed.), 3998. - The six pages following 124 are numbered: [unnumbered], [unnumbered], 129, 131, 132, 132
