Weaponry in Early Medieval
The book offers a comprehensive insight into the
weaponry used in the area of

are examined. The records are reviewed against the
context of contemporary military technology as well
as the structure of the armed forces and defences.

arms is analysed.
The time period discussed here ranges from the se¬
