INVESTMENTS IN
(Summary)
After restoring the property of agricultural land it becomes natural
for enterprising to appear,
of private resources for production of agricultural products intended for
the market. However, the resources should follow the demands of
production. But this correspondence is not apparent. The alternative way
of achieving this is future investment. The analysis of the necessities for
renovation of long-term assets in agriculture shows that they are quite big.
At the same time the environment for investment supply and demand in
most of its segments is unfavourable. The way out is in the development
and implementation of a state strategy on this problem. Its fundamental
tendencies should be as follows: acceptance and use of an Agricultural
Code in which the methods for solving of two basic problems should be
regulated
increasing their economical power. But this can be achieved through local
area augmentation system, cooperation, corporation, state protection and
giving assistance to agricultural producers.

INVESTMENTS IN
