Sculptor Anna Golubkina. The complex research of the sculptor s works
Anna Semenovna Golubkina Is one of most outstanding and original sculptors of the XIX-XX centuries.
The book is a result of long-term research of the master s creativity.
The monograph originates from more comprehensive dissertation version. This provides certain
impact on the style and the character of the whole book.
The author O.V. Kaluglna analyzing the biography and the sculptor s creativity traces the evolution of
the national sculpturing during the period of the XIX-XX centuries.
The special attention Is given to Golubkina s sculpture and to other well-known Russian sculptors of
the Silver Age. The author also describes cultural environment where the master s talent developed.
The publication of the monograph gives both the experts and the readers an opportunity to get
acquainted with XIX-XX century art.
