About the Author
JACK MINER is an organizational specialist with a consulting practice in Eugene,
Oregon. He held the Donald S. Carmichael Chair in human resources and was also
faculty director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the State University of
New York at Buffalo. He also held the position of Research Professor of Management at
Georgia State University. He has written
journals, and is a Fellow and Past President of the Academy of Management and also a
Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
