Abstract
Community support and (location based) mobile Services are two prominent topics in research and development
currently. However, they are usually not combined there is little work on mobile Community support Services.
In theproject Cosmos we are working on such Services. Thispaper briefly introduces the topic andpresents flrst
resultsfrom designing and implementing mobile support for lifestyle communities. Thereby, both technical is
sues and the organizational/economical issues are addressed.
