PREFACE 147 1. HYPOCRISY REARS ITS UGLY HEAD BY OSAMA BIN LADEN 149
THE UNITED STATES DESERVED THE ATTACKS AGAINST IT, PRO- CLAIMED THE HEAD
OF THE AL-QAEDA TERRORIST NETWORK IN A PRERECORDED VIDEOTAPE. ACCORDING
TO THE MESSAGE, AMERICA WAS HYPOCRITICAL BECAUSE IT KILLED THOUSANDS OF
MUSLIMS EVERY DAY THROUGH ITS POLICIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND YET IT
PROTESTED WHEN ITS VICTIMS ROSE UP AGAINST IT. 2. NO TEARS FOR AMERICA

SULAIMAN ABU GHAITH 154 A SPOKESMAN FOR THE AL-QAEDA NETWORK ASSERTS
THAT AMERICANS AND ZIONISTS ARE THE TRUE TERRORISTS*THEY HAVE BEEN
TRYING TO RID THE MIDDLE EAST OF PALESTINIANS FOR DECADES. IT IS NOT
TERRORISM WHEN MUSLIMS RISE UP AGAINST THEIR OPPRESSORS. THIS IS A
BATTLE BETWEEN THE FAITHFUL MUSLIMS AND THE FAITHLESS INFIDEL AMERICANS.
4. A VISION OF PLANE CRASHES BY OSAMA BIN LADEN 157 IN A MEETING WITH

ARE TOTALLY WRONG. APPENDIX: THE EVIDENCE AGAINST OSAMA BIN LADEN AND
