Zusammenfassung:Abstract: "Open distributed systems raise the need for suited coordination paradigma. They have to take into account the openness which can be described by potentials for a number of heterogeneities in the systems components. Also they have to deal with possibly high dynamics in the systems structure, as agents are allowed to join and leave the system without restrictions. Uncoupled processing is the basis for a solution of this coordination problem. Laura is a coordination language for open distributed systems that follows this paradigma by introducing a service space via which agents offer and request services without knowing about each other
They place and withdraw forms from the service space that describe the type of service offered or requested. By using type conformance for a matching of forms service requests are satisfied. An initial Laura-implementation is underway and will integrate further issues such as scalability and a role model.
