Zusammenfassung: | Within Construction Grammar, this volume moves away from a compartmentalized view of constructions with the aim of providing a more holistic description of grammar. Thus, the book brings together analyses that look at constructional families within the "constructicon" of such languages as English, Spanish, German, Polish, Croatian, and Hungarian. Part 1 focuses on how different analytical perspectives may be applied to comparable and/or connected constructions with a view to enhancing our understanding of their similarities, differences, and relations. Part 2 contributes to the state of the art in Construction Grammar in three ways: (i) by reconciling aspects of various constructionist analyses; (ii) by determining to what extent competing constructionist perspectives can offer more adequate approaches to specific analytical needs; and (iii) by challenging central assumptions within Construction Grammar. This book is expected to encourage further research into the anatomy of constructional families and their interrelations in all domains of constructional organization. |

This book is expected to encourage further research into the anatomy of constructional families and their interrelations in all domains of constructional organization.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Construction grammar</subfield><subfield code="x">Research.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Cognitive grammar</subfield><subfield code="x">Research.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Applied linguistics</subfield><subfield code="x">Research.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="6"><subfield code="a">Grammaire de construction</subfield><subfield code="x">Recherche.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="6"><subfield code="a">Grammaire cognitive</subfield><subfield code="x">Recherche.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="6"><subfield code="a">Linguistique appliquée</subfield><subfield code="x">Recherche.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">LANGUAGE ARTS & DISCIPLINES</subfield><subfield code="x">Grammar & Punctuation.</subfield><subfield code="2">bisacsh</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">LANGUAGE ARTS & DISCIPLINES</subfield><subfield code="x">Linguistics</subfield><subfield code="x">Syntax.</subfield><subfield code="2">bisacsh</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="650" ind1=" " ind2="7"><subfield code="a">Applied linguistics</subfield><subfield code="x">Research</subfield><subfield code="2">fast</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Ruiz de Mendoza Ibáñez, Francisco José,</subfield><subfield code="d">1961-</subfield><subfield code="e">editor.</subfield><subfield code="1">https://id.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PCjw89xprG874xGRcfdvXHP</subfield><subfield code="0">http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n98109073</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Luzondo Oyón, Alba,</subfield><subfield code="e">editor.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="700" ind1="1" ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Pérez Sobrino, Paula,</subfield><subfield code="e">editor.</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="758" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="i">has work:</subfield><subfield code="a">Constructing families of constructions (Text)</subfield><subfield code="1">https://id.oclc.org/worldcat/entity/E39PCGwRwbd4cjTPjPHj3hDVT3</subfield><subfield code="4">https://id.oclc.org/worldcat/ontology/hasWork</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="776" ind1="0" ind2="8"><subfield code="i">Print version:</subfield><subfield code="t">Constructing families of constructions.</subfield><subfield code="d">Amsterdam ; Philadelphia : John Benjamins Publishing Company, [2017]</subfield><subfield code="z">9789027246745</subfield><subfield code="w">(DLC) 2017006520</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="830" ind1=" " ind2="0"><subfield code="a">Human cognitive processing ;</subfield><subfield code="v">58.</subfield><subfield code="0">http://id.loc.gov/authorities/names/n98017243</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="856" ind1="4" ind2="0"><subfield code="l">FWS01</subfield><subfield code="p">ZDB-4-EBA</subfield><subfield code="q">FWS_PDA_EBA</subfield><subfield code="u">https://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&scope=site&db=nlebk&AN=1572179</subfield><subfield code="3">Volltext</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="938" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">Askews and Holts Library Services</subfield><subfield code="b">ASKH</subfield><subfield code="n">AH32386791</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="938" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">EBL - Ebook Library</subfield><subfield code="b">EBLB</subfield><subfield code="n">EBL4983505</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="938" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">EBSCOhost</subfield><subfield code="b">EBSC</subfield><subfield code="n">1572179</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="938" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">ProQuest MyiLibrary Digital eBook Collection</subfield><subfield code="b">IDEB</subfield><subfield code="n">cis37584077</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="938" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">YBP Library Services</subfield><subfield code="b">YANK</subfield><subfield code="n">14745376</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="994" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">92</subfield><subfield code="b">GEBAY</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="912" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">ZDB-4-EBA</subfield></datafield><datafield tag="049" ind1=" " ind2=" "><subfield code="a">DE-863</subfield></datafield></record></collection> |

Within Construction Grammar, this volume moves away from a compartmentalized view of constructions with the aim of providing a more holistic description of grammar. Construction grammar Research.
