The present work provides a new history of Maronite emigration around the world, supplemented by charts with statistical data and many images. The work begins with a brief history of Lebanon and the origin of the Maronite Church, but the primary focus is a country-by-country overview of the Maronite diaspora communities. The final chapters also provide an overview of both the opportunities and challenges that these communities face
