Item Description:At head of title: [This little piece was written about the end of the winter 1793-4, on the occasion of a growing alarm of the yellow fever being again in Philadelphia. .. Copies were distributed among the gentlemen of Congress, and to a few of the city. .. applications have been made for copies when there were none left.
