Proceedings of a general court martial, held in the Barracks of Dublin, on Monday the 30th of March, and continued by adjournment to the 6th of April, 1795: In pursuance of a warrent from the Right Hon. General Cunninghame, commander in chief, dated the 24th day of March, 1795, by virute of a warrent from His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant, general and General Governor of Ireland. In consequence of certain charges preferred under a Court of Enquiry, by the Royal Dublin Regiment of Militia, against Richard O'Meara, Esq. captain and adjutant of the said regiment. Together with the sentence of the court-martial, fully and honourably acquitting the said Captain O'Meara of the charges alleged against him. To which is annexed, the censure of the court on the prosecutors. Printed for J. Moore, No. 45, College-Green.
