Against Vice Admiral Sir Edward Hughes, Knight of the Bath, late commander in chief of a squadron of His Majesty's ships and vessels in the East Indies, the officers and crews of His Majesty's sloop Nymph, one of the said squadron, pretended captors of all and singular the treasure, goods, wares, merchandizes, and essects, taken and seized at Chinsurah, and James Heseltine Esq. procurator-general of Our Sovereign Lord the King, - respondents.
