Together with Observations upon the Bill lately offered to Parliament for "the better Relief and Employment of the Poor." and Some Objections to a Proposal founded upon That Bill, for an Application to Parliament "for the Relief and more comfortable Maintenance of the Poor in the County of Norfolk."
