Ripon Loyal Volunteers, the loyal and respectable inhabitants of the borough, neighbourhood and liberty of Ripon, are hereby invited to enrol their names to form a corps of infantry, consisting of sixty men or upwards, to be called "The Ripon Loyal Volunteers" and to be trained to the use of arms for their internal defence, in aid of the civil magistracy during the present war, on the following conditions.
