To be sold entire, or in nine distinct lots; or, failing of such Purchasers, Will be sold by auction, According to the following Catalogue, by Samuel Paterson, At Essex-House, in Essex-Street, in the Strand, on Wednesday the 9th of March, 1774, and the following Day.
