Summary:Tugan Sokhiev and the Orchestre National du Capitole invite the pianist Kotaro Fukuma to join them at the Halle aux grains de Toulouse for a concert dedicated to Brahms. Kotaro Fukuma, opens the concert with Brahms' Piano Concerto No. 2. This concerto renews the codes, notably by adding a scherzo to the piece. Once, Brahms wrote to a friend: "I have to tell you that I wrote a small concerto for piano, with a nice little scherzo". Afterwards, under the baton of Tugan Sokhiev, the Orchestre National du Capitole interprets Brahms' Symphony No. 1. Considered by Hans von Bülow as Beethoven's Tenth Symphony because of its strong reminiscent of Beethoven's style, it embodies a return to classical symphonies.
