He gained recognition for his interpretations of the baroque repertoire (Bach, Haendel, Scarlatti and above all, Vivaldi with his accomplice Jean Christophe Spinosi). However, this magical moment at the Verbier Festival in July 2009 proves his great thirst and curiosity for other repertoires. The Verbier church created the perfect intimate space for Philippe Jaroussky and Jérôme Ducros to present their selection of the most beautiful French melodies of the end of the 19th and of the beginning of the 20th century.
