Dabei wird mit Blick auf die Frage, ob in extremen Armutsfällen auf der Grundlage des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems Internationaler Schutz zu gewähren ist, insbesondere die Rolle wirtschaftlicher, sozialer und kultureller Rechte sowie die Rechtsprechung der beiden europäischen Gerichtshöfe in den Blick genommen.
