Curator Ana Elena Mallet traces Tissot's creative path, highlighting those qualities that made him a pioneer in design, not only for the pieces he created, but also for his visionary, inclusive, collaborative production methods and a sensibility that bended the best of many worlds in an undertaking that today would be called "sustainableʺ.
