16 I G R U A3 A NË MONEDHËN KOMBËTARE Përmbajtja / Content PJESA E PAPE “Përpjekja e pare për krijimin e një banke dhe emetimin e një monedhe kombëtare (1912-1913)", përshkruan shkurtimisht përpjekjen e Qeverisë së Përkohshme të Vlorës të kryesuar nga Ismail Qemal Vlora për krijimin e një banke dhe emetimin e një monedhe kombëtare. Për shkak të shpërthimit të Luftërave Ballkanike dhe Luftës së Pare Botërore, projekti për krijimin e një banke mbeti vetëm në letër. Në këtë periudhë, figura e grúas në monedhe, mungon tërësisht. PART ONE "First effort to establish a national bank and issue of the national currency 1912 - 1913" describes briefly the efforts of the Provisional Government of Ismail Qemal Vlora to set up a national bank and issue the national currency. Due to the outbreak of Balkan Wars and the World War I, the project did not materialise. In this period, the figure of the woman on the currency is altogether inexistent. PJ ESA E DYTË “Kartëmonedhat e Krahinës Autonome të Korçës dhe kartëmonedhat lokale”, ofron një përshkrim të shkurtër të situates ekonomiko-financiare dhe monetare të Shqipërisë gjatë Gjatë Luftës së Pare Botërore. Në një situate kaotike të qarkullimit monetar, gruaja pasqyrohet për herë të pare në kartëmonedhat lokale të Katundarisë së Korçës në vitin 1921. Më pas, sipas modellt italian, Dhoma e Tregtisë së Beratit hodhi në qarkullim kartëmonedhat e quajtura Lira, të cilat pasqyrojnë simbolin “Italia Turrita”, figura femërore alegorike e Italisë. PART TWO “Banknotes of the Autonomous Region of Korça and local banknotes” presents an overview of the
economic, financial and monetary situation in Albania during WWI. In a chaotic situation of the currencies in circulation, the woman appears for the first time in the local banknotes of the municipality of Korça in 1921. Later, according to the Italian model, the Chamber of Commerce of Berat put in circulation banknotes called Lira, which featured the symbol of the "Italia Turrita", the allegoric female figure of Italy.
17 PJ ESA E TRETE “Pasqyrimî î grúas në monedhën e Bankës Kombëtare të Shqipnis (1925-1939)”, shënon edhe momentin mè të rëndësishëm të emisionit të monedhës kombëtare. Për herë të pare, më 2 shtator 1925, Shqipëria ka një bankë qendrore dhe vetëm pas disa muajsh, më 28 shkurt 1926, shqiptarët mund të përdorin si mjet këmbimi monedhat dhe kartëmonedhat e para kombëtare, “Frangun ar” me nënfishat e tij “Lek”. Gjatë kësaj periudhe, figura femërore pasqyrohet në provat e emisionit të pare, të cilat nuk u miratuan për qarkullim, si dhe në monedhën prej argjendi të qarkullimit me vlerë “1 Frang”, pjesė e emisionit të vitit 1927. PART THREE "Women on the currency issued by the Banka Kombëtare e Shqipnis [National Bank of Albania] (1925-1939)” marks a climactic moment in the issuance of the national currency. For the first time, on 2 September 1925, Albania had a central bank and only a few months later, as of 28 February 1926, Albanians could use their national currency, the "Frang ar" - golden franc - and its subunits the "lek" to make payments. During this period, the portrait of a woman was featured initially on specimens of the first issue, which were not approved for circulation. It was also featured on the "1 Frang" sivler coin in circulation, issue of 1927. PJESA E KATËRT “Pasqyrimî i grúas në monedhën kombëtare të Bankës Kombëtare të Shqipnis gjatë Luftës së II Botërore dhe ndikimi і Italisë Fashiste”, karakterizohet nga varësia e piote e shtetit shqiptar nga mbretëria italiane. Italia fashiste perdori elemente të forta propagandistike pērta pasqyruar këtë ndërvarësi edhe
në simbolikën e monedhave dhe kartëmonedhave, ku gjejmë pasqyrim tëgjerëtë grúas si një figure që lidhet metraditën historike e kulturore të Italisë. PART FOUR "Women on the national currency issued by the Banka Kombëtare e Shqipnis [National Bank of Albania] during WWII and the influence of Fascist Italy (1939-1945), shows the full dependence of the Albanian state from the Italian kingdom. Fascist Italy used strong propaganda elements to show such dependency in the design of coins and banknotes, where the woman is depicted as a figure related to the historic and cultural tradition of Italy.
PJ ESA E PESTE “Pasqyrimi ¡ grúas në monedhën kombëtare të Bankës së Shtetit Shqiptar (1945 - 1992)”, edhe pse përfshin periudhën më të errët të historisë sonë, kur u instalua një nga regjimet më të ashpra komuniste, është e mbushur me ngjarje të rëndësishme në fushën e artit, numizmatikës, simbolikës dhe rolit të grúas në shoqërinë shqiptare. Është koha kur hasim lidhje dhe prishjesh miqësish diplomatike, reforma monetare, ekonomike dhe kulturore. Të gjitha këto zhvillime pasqyrohen gjerësisht në simbolikën e të gjitha emisioneve të kësaj periudhe. Gjithashtu, është periudha kur gruaja gjen jo vetëm pasqyrimin më të gjerë në simbolikën e monedhës, por edhe atë shumëdimensional të cilësive dhe rolit të diktuar politikisht të saj në Shqipërinë komuniste. PART FIVE "Women on the national currency issued by the State Bank of Albania (1945-1992)” While it covers the darkest period in our history, when one of the most ferocious communist regimes was instated, it is filled with important events in the areas of arts, numismatics, symbols and the role of the woman in the Albanian society. In this period, we see a number of diplomatic relations established to be broken only shortly afterwards, as well as monetary, economic and cultural reforms taking place. All these developments are reflected broadly in the symbols used in the designs of all issues. Moreover, in this period, the figure of the woman is featured more extensively not only in the currency design symbols but also in the proposed multidimensional qualities and her role in communist Al bania, as dictated by the propaganda
of the regime.
19 PJ ESA E GJASHTË “Pasqyrimi i grúas në monedhën e Bankës së Shqipërisë (1992 - 2020), është periudha, e cila përkon me ndërrimin e sistemit politik dhe bankar. Renia e komunizmit solii edhe ndarjen e funksioneve të bankës qendrore nga ato të nivelit të dytë. Është koha kur krijohet “Banka e Shqipërisë", si një bankë qendrore klasike, me objektivin kryesor të arritjes dhe ruajtjes së stabilitetit të çmimeve. Që prej vitit 1992, emisionet e saj ngjajnë gjithnjë e më shumë me ato të bankave qendrore të vendeve të zhvilluara. Në simbolikën e tyre mbizotërojnë figura historike, emblematike të historisë shqiptare, ndërkohë që merr vrull edhe emetimi і monedhave përkujtimore, qëllimi і të cilave është nderimi і personaliteteve, ngjarjeve apo objekteve, pjesë e trashëgimisë kulturore, ku për herë të pare shohim gruan, jo vetëm në forme alegorike, por edhe si figure historike. PART SIX “Women on the national currency issued by the central Bankof Albania” (1992-2020), a period that coincides with changes in Albania’s political regime and banking system. After the collapse of communism, the functions of the central bank were divided from second-tier banks. The "Bank of Albania" was established as a classical central bank, whose primary objective was achieving and maintaining price stability. Since 1992, the issued coins and banknotes have been increasingly more résemblant to features of those issued by central banks of Western economies. Their design features predominantly emblematic figures of the Albanian history. In the meantime, the issue of commemorative coins becomes more
prominent, whose purpose is to evoke and honour personalities, events or objects of cultural heritage. For the first time, we see the woman depicted not as an allegory, but as a historical figure. Në këtë liber do të udhëtojmë në kohë e do të shohim pasqyrimin e figures së grúas në monedhat dhe kartëmonedhat shqiptare. Do të lëvizim përmes labirinteveté ndërrimit të sistemeve politike, ekonomike dhe monetare dhe do të gjejmë mes rreshtave, jo vetëm rolin, por dhe perspektiven e saj në realitetin e brendshëm dhe atë të jashtëm. We will walkthrough the labyrinths of changes in political, economic, and monetary systems and will see between the lines not only her role, but also her perspective on the realities at home and abroad. |
