TWCO provides up to date, detailed information on all coastal environments, and includes thousands off full color photographs and illustrations of all coastlines covered. The work features contributions from more than 150 coastline experts from all parts of the world and will be updated regularly to include new information on the ever-changing coastline environments. While ample information on specific regional coastlines has been available in print form, no other resource pulls together the entire world data into one easily accessible and continually updated online database. This is a must reference for all who study or need access to coastline information, especially Coastal Geologists, Geomorphologists, Coastal Engineers and Coastal Managers. |
