Mubanga E Kashoki has been a Research Professor of
African Languages in the University of Zambia for the past
three decades. Besides numerous scholarly articles and a
few monographs, his latest publications include - Keeping
in Step with Modern Times: A Comprehensive Account of
Lexical Adoptives in Icibemba (2012); What on Earth is a
Ruling Party in a Multiparty Democracy? (2014) and In
Search of Partners: Fifty Years of University/Business
Partnerships in the University of Zambia 1966 - 2016.
Kashoki Must Go: The Vote of No Confidence in the
Copperbelt s University s First Vice Chancellor is about to be
published.
In Nation Building in the context of One Zambia One
Nation, the author discusses questions of definition and
explores the complex issues of national integration,
national unity and nationess itself. Professor Kashoki argues
that One Zambia One Nation is much more than a
political slogan.
