Deposition of Gen. Elijah Clarke, of the state of Georgia: respecting a letter from him to Don Diego Morphy, consul of His Catholic Majesty, at Charleston, South-Carolina, containing, the answers to the said deponent, to certain interrogatories framed by the committee appointed on the 2d of February last, "To take all such steps as may be necessary for obtaining the testimony of the said Elijah Clark, or any other person or persons, on the subject-matter of the said letter."
