EXERCISE LIMITATION OR DYSPNEA ON EXERTION, MONITORING DISEASE
PROGRESSION OR RESPONSE TO TREATMENT, DETERMINING FITNESS TO UNDERGO
VARIOUS SURGICAL PROCEDURES AND MONITORING THE EFFECTS OF TRAINING IN
HIGHLY FIT ATHLETES.INTRODUCTION TO CARDIOPULMONARY EXERCISE
