Der Controller im Unternehmen sieht sich im Wandel
der Zeit der zunehmenden Digitalisierung und Visu¬
alisierung gegenüber. Dabei ist es wichtig, diese mo¬
dernen Entwicklungen
túr
sich nutzen zu können, und
herauszufinden, wie sie zum einen den Controller und
seine bewährten Instrumente unterstützen und diese ef¬
fizienter machen können, und zum anderen wie sie ihm
völlig neue Möglichkeiten eröffnen können.
Dieses Buch bezieht sich dabei speziell auf das Control¬
ling von Geschäftsprozessen. Bei deren Betrachtung wird
das subjektorientierte Geschäftsprozessmanagement
verwendet, da sich dieses moderne Paradigma für den
praktischen Einsatz besonders gut eignet. Ziel dabei
ist es, strategische Verbesserungen und damit eine
höhere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit für das Unternehmen zu
erreichen.
In diesem Buch wird die S-BPM-Suite der Metasonic AG
als Basis zur beispielhaften Veranschaulichung verwen¬
det, deren Gründer, Dr. Albert Fleischmann, auch als
Erfinder des subjektorientierten Paradigmas gilt.
