R1 of part 1 and quire A of part 2 are cancelled by a single unsigned quire. All mention of Richard Kirby is omitted in this reissue. - Part 1 written by Richard Kirby, whose name appeared in the 1687 edition; Bishop wrote part 2 and the appendix. - Reproduction of original in the Henry E.
