Three new plates have been added to illustrate the new text. - English gentleman = William Carr. - In this setting of title page, line 15 begins "with". - Originally published in 1688 as "Remarks of the government of severall parts of Germanie, Denmark, Sweedland, Hamburg, Lubeck, and Hansiactique townes, but more particularly of the United Provinces".
