New bibl. of the Eikon basilike, 6. - Printer's name from Madan; place of publication from Wing; date of publication in imprint given according to Lady Day dating. - Reproductions of the originals in the British Library and Harvard University Library. - Signatures: N2 B-M12 N4 (-N4).
