A true coppie of the lawes and rules of government: agreed upon and established by the nobles of the severall counties of Ireland, now risen in armes for the maintaining and settlement of the ancient Romish and Catholike religion, the upholding of his Majesties rights and prerogatives, and the libertie of a free nation. And the copie of a new oath to be taken to performe the same, by all the papists and rebels in Ireland, read in the High Court of Parliament, the tenth day of March, 1641. And published by consent of some gentlemen that have received great damages by them, as a warning for all true-hearted English-men, to prepare themselves against these, and all other bloudy papists and rebels, without any more delay, to prevent their wicked designes
