Item Description:A relation of Benjamin Crokey's controversy with John Smyth concerning the Free Grammar School, Wotton-under-Edge. - At least the Bodleian Library copy has a cancel slip pasted above the first line on A2 recto, a folding flap with added text attached at the bottom of H2 verso, and many manuscript corrections. Four hundred copies were printed; ordered burned by the Star Chamber, and Crokey and Thomas Wright, a Bristol bookseller, were fined; see S.R.
