Item Description:Another state of the edition with imprint giving John Norton as publisher. According to Fredson Bowers, "Principles" (p. 57), leaf [fleuron]1 was printed with the Norton title page and A6 with the Bishop title page. However, STC says that both of these are reissues of the edition with both names in the imprint (STC 18173.5), so the relationships are still not certain. - Identified as STC 18174b on UMI microfilm. - Includes index. - P. 221 misnumbered 124. - Printed at Eliot's Court Press. Cf. STC (2nd ed.). - Reproduction of the original in the British Library. - STC (2nd ed.), 18174. - With: Apologiae Catholicae pars secunda / autore Thoma Mortono. Londini : Impensis Georgii Bishop & Ioh. Norton, 1606
