Le livre présente une
succinte
histoire de la Paroisse
Roumaine Unie de
Deva
et se base sur les sources
documentaires.
Ces livre met en évidence des faits, des évenimentes et
les noms des prêtres qui ont réussi de mentenir l Eglise dans
son climat de spiritualité.
Le contenu du livre est structuré dans les chapitres dans
une manière conventionnelle grouppé, où on trouve aussi les
noms des
personalitě
laïques de cette zone qui ont contribué à
une évolution morale-chrétienne de la communauté unie de
Deva.
Alors, après «Avant-propos» c est le premier chapitre de
cette histoire «Les notes precurseures» qui se référé à la
période d avant de la fondation de la Paroisse où. il est
evidencie
le moine instruit, Ioasaf Devai, originaire de
Deva,
qui peut être compter un repère parmi ceux qui ont officié le
service divine et il a commencé la liste de ceux qui ont formé la
communauté des chrétiens unis de
Deva,
encore du XVffl-éme
siècle.
Dans le deuxième chapitre «Repères documentaires» il
s agit d histoire à proprement parler de la Paroisse Unie de
Deva
en commencement du
debut
du XlX-éme siècle. Après
une interruption de la vie religieuse de cette communauté unie
arreté
dans l anné
1948
l Eglise Unie, en généralement, et aussi
l Eglise de
Deva,
a recommencé officier le service divin à la fin
de l annè
1989
quand cette Eglise a été mis en légalité.
Dans le troisième chapitre «Interférences religieuses,
scolaires, culturelles et sociales» sont présenté les prêtres unis
qui se sont impliqué dans la vie scolaire culturelle, sociale des

chrétiens de
Deva.
Il ont été souligné, nottament, la liaison
entre l église et l école, on sait que les prêtres étaient aussi, des
instituteurs.
Le chapitre suivant «Prêtres et le fondateurs de l Eglise
Unie de
Deva» soulignie
des dates et des informations sur les
biographies des prêtres qui ont officié le service divin pour les
chrétiens unis de
Deva.
Le livre présente à la fin un «Addenda» où nous l avons
fait connu, comme une
presonali té
de cette zone, l avocat
Eugen
Tatar,
l un des fondateur de la Paroisse Unie de
Deva.
Nous avons présenté aussi, dans cette dernière partie des livres
roumains anciens, religieux d où on été enseigné les chrétiens
unis de
Deva.
L épilogue du livre, signé par le prêtre Sabo
loan
Sorin,
c est un étude theologique sur
«L Angelologie» qui
se référé à
al sainteté des anges et à leur aide que nous le trouvons dans
leur surveillance.

Deva
Abstract
The book presents a concise story of Greek-Catholic
Parish in
Deva
based on documentary sources. It points, out
facts, events and names of priests who succeded in maintaining
the spiritual side of the Church.
The book is structured into conventionally grouped
chapters that contain names of lay personalities who
contributed to the evolution of the Christian moral of the
Greek-Catholic community in
Deva.
After the «Preface», the first chapter, «Preliminary
Registering», presents references on the period before the
foundation of the Parish, and introduces the name of the
piar
who was also scholar, Ioasaf or Ioasafat Devai, born in
Deva,
who, in the XVIII-th century, can be considered one of the first
founders of the Parish.
The second chapter, «Documentary Reference», is
about the so-called
pastory
of the Church and of the Greek-
Catholic Parish, starting from the first part of the XTX-th
century.
After more than a forty-year interruption of the
religious life of the Greek-Catholic community, that began in
1948,
the Greek-Catholic Church became legal again at the end
of the year
1989.
The next chapter, «Religious, Educational, Cultural and
Social Interferences», refers to the influence of the Greek-
Catholic priests on the cultural, educational and social life of
the believers. The stress is especially laid upon the relationship
betwen the Church and education due to the fact that, for a long
time, priests had been teachers as well.

The fourth chapter, «Priests and Founders of the Greek-
Catholic Church», reveals facts and information about the
biographies of the priests who officiated the divine service for
the believers in
Deva.
At the end of the book, there is an «Addenda» which
gives information about the life and activity of
Eugen
Tatar,
lawyer and founder of the Greek-Catholic Parish in
Deva,
and
some considerations upon old religious Romanian books that
had been used by the priests.
The epilogue is a theological study on angels, written by
Sabo loan
Sorin,
and it presents the hollyness of the saints and
the help we can get from them.
