Some reasons humbly offered to the consideration of the Parliament for the continuance of the writs of capias and process of arrest in actions of debt, &c: and against the course or way proposed of a summons peremptory, to be given unto debtors or affixt upon the fore-doors of their dwelling houses, and a judgement to be entred by default if within a few dayes after the return of the summons pleas or satisfaction be not given or made to hinder the same
