| adam_text | This book is concerned with the Similia principle, the unquestion¬
able cornerstone of homeopathy. It is a compilation of certain over¬
lapping research findings by the authors which address the biological
capacity to maintain homeostasis.The data do not challenge hypo¬
theses held currently by the scientific community but rather extend
them.
A substantial body of experimental evidence has been obtained
utilizing in vitro cell research according to accepted methodologies
codified by conventional science.The results can only be interpreted
according to the paradigms used for any other subject of investiga¬
tion.
The comprehensive study of the Similia principle includes several
steps beginning with the functioning of homeostatic systems and
ending with an analysis of the pharmacological activity of molecular
homeopathic solutions.This monograph addresses the questions and
answers discovered during our journey.This will allow the
reader to identify with our logic and protocol.
This monograph has mainly been written for physicians, both home¬
opathic and allopathic. Homeopathic physicians will enjoy its more
thorough investigation into the biological basis of the therapeutic
system that they have adopted. Allopathic physicians may find the
monograph useful as an initial window into homeopathy viewed
not as alternative, but rather a perspective which, at least in many
respects, is consistent with the tenets of contemporary
