Zusammenfassung: | The monograph being proposed for the English-speaking research community is concentrated on the atmospheric correction of satellite images as a part of thematic interpretation procedures while processing remote sensing data. For linguistic reasons a large section of the community may have been unaware of the progress made in Russia in this field of science and technology. Meanwhile, Russia was the first country to launch the first artificial satellite in 1957 and to obtain from space for the first time spectra of the Earth's atmosphere in the 1960's. New applications of the radiation transfer theory for the atmosphere underlying surface system appeared first in Russia in the 1970's. Direct and in verse problems of the atmospheric optics were then formulated giving the scientific basis for studies of natural resources from space. Since that time new mathematical treatments for the atmospheric correction procedures have been widely developed in Russia, including both analytical and numerical tech niques to simulate spectral, angular, and spatial distributions of the outgoing radiation in visual and infrared regions. The authors of the book were at the beginning of the scientific approach. A wide range of mathematical im provements to elaborate polinomial approximations for dependencies between atmospheric radiation field and parameters of space surveying was due to the necessity to process satellite images in real time using special software of ex isted computer means for the studies |

Smokty Berlin, Heidelberg Springer Berlin Heidelberg 1992 1 Online-Ressource (XI, 478 p) txt rdacontent c rdamedia cr rdacarrier The monograph being proposed for the English-speaking research community is concentrated on the atmospheric correction of satellite images as a part of thematic interpretation procedures while processing remote sensing data. A wide range of mathematical im provements to elaborate polinomial approximations for dependencies between atmospheric radiation field and parameters of space surveying was due to the necessity to process satellite images in real time using special software of ex isted computer means for the studies Earth Sciences Geology Atmospheric Sciences Geophysics/Geodesy Geotechnical Engineering & Applied Earth Sciences Earth sciences Geophysics Atmospheric sciences Geotechnical engineering Weltraum (DE-588)4189606-3 gnd rswk-swf Satellitenfernerkundung (DE-588)4224344-0 gnd rswk-swf Sonnenstrahlung (DE-588)4139254-1 gnd rswk-swf Fernerkundung (DE-588)4016796-3 gnd rswk-swf Mathematisches Modell (DE-588)4114528-8 gnd rswk-swf Atmosphärisches Aerosol (DE-588)4201505-4 gnd rswk-swf Bildübertragung (DE-588)4145457-1 gnd rswk-swf Kosmische Strahlung (DE-588)4165371-3 gnd rswk-swf Erde (DE-588)1135962553 gnd rswk-swf Fernerkundung (DE-588)4016796-3 s Bildübertragung (DE-588)4145457-1 s Atmosphärisches Aerosol (DE-588)4201505-4 s Mathematisches Modell (DE-588)4114528-8 s 1\p DE-604 Kosmische Strahlung (DE-588)4165371-3 s 2\p DE-604 Sonnenstrahlung (DE-588)4139254-1 s 3\p DE-604 Erde (DE-588)1135962553 g Weltraum (DE-588)4189606-3 s 4\p DE-604 Satellitenfernerkundung (DE-588)4224344-0 s 5\p DE-604 Kozoderov, Vladimir Vasil'evič (DE-588)1067994173 aut Smoktij, Oleg Ivanovič (DE-588)1067994165 aut Erscheint auch als Druck-Ausgabe 9783642767494 https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-76747-0 Verlag URL des Erstveröffentlichers Volltext 1\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 2\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 3\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 4\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk 5\p cgwrk 20201028 DE-101 https://d-nb.info/provenance/plan#cgwrk |
