Joshua D. Rauh
Joshua D. Rauh is an American economist.Rauh is the Ormond Family Professor of Finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution. From November 2019 to March 2020 he was principal chief economist of the President's Council of Economic Advisers, and prior to that served as director of research at the Hoover Institution. He graduated with a B.A. in economics, magna cum laude with distinction, from Yale University in 1996 and received a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2004.
