The Conditions of sale. I. He who bids most is the Buyer. II. If any of the Books appear imperfect before they be taken away, the Buyer to be at his Liberty to take or leave them. III. To expedite the Sale, the Buyer may begin the next Book or Picture at as low a Price as he pleases but not under Two-Pence, and if no advance to have it. IV. The Goods to be deliver'd immediately as they are sold, or the next Morning, and the Money to be paid on the Delivery of the same. V. The Books, &c. may be view'd before the Sale begins
