Leo Pliatzky
Sir Leo Pliatzky (22 August 1919 – 4 May 1999) was an English civil servant whose career spanned 1947–77, 27 of those years in HM Treasury. He served as Joint Permanent Secretary to the Department of Trade and Industry in 1967–77. Provided by Wikipedia
