Amanda Murdie
Amanda Murdie is an American political scientist who is a Regents' Professor & Georgia Athletic Association Professor of International Affairs in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. In June 2025, she will succeed Richard Utz as the dean of the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts at the Georgia Institute of Technology.Murdie specializes in the behavior of international nongovernmental organizations and their interactions with states, local populations, and intergovernmental organizations.
