DROIT SOCIAL
SÉNÉGALAIS
Ce livre est une œuvre de vulgarisation du droit social sénégalais
pour une meilleure compréhension du Droit du travail et du Droit
de la protection sociale. Au-delà des concepts de base revisités par
l auteur, son analyse prend en compte exclusivement un appareil
doctrinal et jurisprudentiel sénégalais (voire africain) pour mieux
faire ressortir l originalité d un droit social sénégalais.
Le livre s articule autour de quatre principaux axes qui tiennent
compte d une multitude de rapports pouvant revêtir un caractère
individuel (le contrat de travail), collectif (les accords collectifs et les
conflits collectifs de travail), institutionnel (l entreprise, les syndicats
et les juridictions) et social (la protection sociale).
Alassane Kantéest Maître de Conférences HDR à la Faculté des
sciences juridiques et politiques de l Université Cheikh Anta Diop de
Dakar. Il assure des enseignements de Droit privé dans différentes
Universités du Sénégal et assure des missions d enseignement dans
d autres Universités des pays africains.
