Jack Hildyard

He worked on more than 80 films during his career, spanning from the 1930s through the 1980s, and was a founding member of the British Society of Cinematographers. He won an Academy Award for his work on ''The Bridge on the River Kwai'' (1957), and was nominated for three times for the BAFTA Award for Best British Cinematographer. Provided by Wikipedia
