Poverty. Avers is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs and a certifi¬
cate in Law and Public Policy from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Reginald W. Williams Jr. is Pastor of First Baptist Church, University Park, Illinois.
